Why does coming in second always feel so bad??? We had a very sad little boy on the way home from the ballpark. Last night The Cardinal's finished up the Father's Day tournament with a second place finish. They lost to The Irish in the bottom of the 6th inning 3-2. Grant had a very rough night. He struck out 3 times at bat and was walked once.

After last night's performance the season may be over. We are supposed to play in one more tournament July 16-19 at Southwest Boys Club here in Wichita but that is kind of up in the air now. So, these may be the final baseball pictures of the season. It's a little bittersweet. I absolutely love going to the games and watching the boys play but I will also enjoy all of the free evenings.
